An autopsy on the body of actor Heath Ledger is scheduled for Wednesday as his family rejected any suggestion their son committed suicide, calling his death accidental.
The Australian-born actor was found in a Manhattan apartment Tuesday afternoon by a housekeeper. Police said he was lying naked in bed with a bottle of sleeping pills nearby and that the death appeared to be drug-related.

A New York medical examiner will conduct an autopsy Wednesday, with results due back on Thursday.
Ledger's father, Kim, read a statement to reporters Wednesday in the actor's hometown of Perth, Australia, where he spent some time during the Christmas holidays.

"We, Heath's family, can confirm the very tragic, untimely and accidental passing of our dearly loved son, brother and doting father of Matilda," Ledger said. "He was found peacefully asleep in his New York apartment by his housekeeper at 3:30 p.m."
Ledger remembered his 28-year-old son as a "down to earth, generous, kindhearted, life-loving, unselfish individual" who was "extremely inspirational" to those who knew him.
He also asked the media to respect the family's privacy and the need to grieve.
As news of the death spread, tributes poured in from fellow Australians.

Actress Nicole Kidman called the death a "terrible tragedy," while Cate Blanchett, who recently starred with Ledger in the film I'm Not There, said she was "shocked and saddened."
Actor Mel Gibson, who appeared with Ledger in The Patriot, issued a statement saying that the young actor "was just taking off, and to lose his life at such a young age is a tragic loss."
Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd expressed shock over losing "one of our nation's finest actors in the prime of his life."
Larry Williams, father of actress Michelle Williams, Ledger's former partner and mother of their daughter, extended his sympathies to the actor's family.With files from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Associated Press .

oh my god the holidays are finally here .. how weired is this ... when the holidays are getting closer i cant wait for it to start .. now that it is here i cant wait for it to end ... i am so freaking bored at home .... i am practically a couch potato ( as if i am not fat enough ) then ... i call my friends out they are too busy ... ( they have a life unlike me :( ) then ..... my other friends are all not here they have back to JB without me :( damn ! sometimes i wish my family never moved here so i would have every reason to go back there .
Well thank god i am off to Penang soon that also to visit dads sight of the family ( Indian sight ) oh good lord HELP ME ... i am not being racist just stating FACT ! read between the lines and you shall know what i mean :)

Anyway after that i am off to Penang the visit my favourite aunt and two cousins .. now ... i am talking holiday :) haha then i am off to pangkor with friends YEAY i cant wait !! i feel so left out i dont know where to start ... i have the car but wait i have no where to go :P cheeze ! then i want to go watch movie .. shop till i drop.... then i realize SHIT i cant overspent ... Christmas is round the corner mums having open house this gtg prepare gifts for friends and family = money !! mums already asking me what i bought her this year for christmas lol damn ! well .. have not done my Christmas shopping yet ... well at least this year it would not be a handfull cos i dont have to give every Tom Dick and Harry at church cos i have moved ! lol no offence i know i know its better to give than to receive but as years pass by i have ran out of ideas for Christmas presents lol this year its just friends and family lol .. this year i have more friends too :) haha

Miss seeing you...hope we can spend more time together...We both live in KL now,but we oni see each other when we're back in jb..lol..so freaking weird!! We're just sooooo busy!!!!! Well..best of luck for your final paper tmw!!! Advertising huh?? Lol...We go way back dont we??? I still remember the day i borrowed your R.L Stine storybook in Form 1,when we sat together on the very first day! You and i just clicked! Remember all the silly letters and stuff that we used to write each other then?? and all the nicknames that we gave the guys??? Haha....we were so weird! And we went through a hell of a lot of rough patches back then,for which i am very sorry.I guess that was just a test to see if we'd make it out okay. And we did! It's been 7 years Del.....7!!! Thanks for always being there for me,miss you! Oh,by the way..the guy that we both had crushes on at 13 - Mark Feehily? He's gay!! Lol..

wow its only the start of December and i am already in the Christmas mood .... Christmas = broke haha well duh i have to everyone presents right. ... whats Christmas without presents ... don't get all christian with me i know you want presents lol anyway of cause there is the true meaning of Christmas's and that count spending it with YOU .. lol this week has been really boring i could die of boredom everyone seems to be sooo busy except me :( gods know why .... i am only starting my holidays next week in penang then going to pangkor YEAY finally a trip with friends lol anyway i wana enjoy till my results come one then we can all either enjoy and sit and sulk together lol

today was ................ ok i guess.. well ... did not do much got up did SOME housework then went to one u and lepak .... i saw Mr Naasir at one u with gym cloths lol BUT he did not see me hahaha anyway whats the deference right ... lol then went to TTDI had dinner at aunts place ... woah dinner was splendid ... pasta chicken and baked potato .... we watched star dust as well ... and BOY was stardust a WASH OFF i was sooo looking forward to seeing it and when i did i needed toothpicks in my eyes to keep me awake ..
